Требования: World leading Company (Software developer) is looking for IBM WebSphere Support Engineer Requirements: Previous experience from system management and/or support Dealing with customers on the phone and email, and act service-minded. Monitoring and manual checks are key duties for the service. Broad technology background that is able to handle several different operating systems Need to be able to build skills in WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere ESB, WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Partner Gateway, WebSphere Service Registry & Repository and on top of that IBM Tivoli Monitoring V6.1 which includes Omegamon XE f Messaging. Should be able to perform the installation / uninstallation and configuration changes under clear specifications and processes for the above products. Investigate and report incoming incidents in an issue tracking system provided by us or the customers for incident reporting and follow-ups. Escalates incidents to 3rd Line Support, if in place, for further investigation and RCA (Root Cause Analysis). Examining and analyzing requests for data that is stuck or backed out when sent through the integration platforms. Logging tickets and assign to the right workgroup for action. Communicates with internal workgroups and external partners to customer. Working proactively and suggest improvements in the procedures for smoother and faster processing.
