Функции: Strategic planning, create and organize innovative seasonal communication initiatives. Plan national media advertising campaigns. Plan and organize seasonal promotions for our retail and franchise stores in conjunction with the overall communication direction. Oversee the production and placement of these campaigns, working with clients and sales managers to verify placement options. Write seasonal briefing documents for the relevant agencies. Present forthcoming advertising plans to colleagues & customers Liaise with appropriate internal and external teams in order to effectively fulfill their responsibilities. Organize & coordinate the internet content and planning. Liaise with the sales department to ensure effective placement of federal advertising at the local level. Organize & manage consumer & Trade research to ensure that the marketing department has continuous consumer insight and that the communication strategy is delivering results. Negotiate with third parties to ensure brand received great value for its adverti sing /POS/Collateral investment. Oversee the design, development and distribution of all sales support materials & media kits Apply sponsorship activity to advertising opportunities working together with Event Manager Mentor and train and update Sales Staff in marketing initiatives at Sales Meeting and through Marketing Bulletin Prepare annual activity calendar. Prepare & maintain once approved the advertising

Требования: 2-3 years" experience in similar role. Excellent understanding of the sports industry, brands, consumer mindset Active sports participant in one or more of the following sports: Skiing, Snowboarding, Mountaineering, Hiking, Climbing, Bouldering or Trekking. Creative ability, and the energy and enthusiasm to deal with campaigns The ability to work to deadlines and cope with the consequent pressure The self-confidence to sell ideas and brief agencies and the marketing team Experience building budgets and operating within them with appropriate budgetary controls Time/project management skills. Detail oriented ability to creatively seek viable solutions to any given situation. Microsoft Office literate ( Excel- and Word-user, PowerPoint) Good numerical skills A good head for business, with strong organizational skills Team-working skills and the ability to delegate and motivate others Interpersonal skills, creativity, idea generation, good written expression, oral comprehension, written comprehension, and deductive reasoning. Fluent English spoken and writing skills.
