Функции: Responsibilities: 1) Be assigned customer support cases and resolve the issues which could fall into the following categories a. Functionality Issues: - Help a user understand how to achieve something with the way the product currently works - Be able to communicate best practices that are relevant to solving the customer issue. b. Installation Issues: - Help customer with installation issues both on the client and server side. - Would need networking and server admin skills c. Integration Issues: - Help customer work through our integration capabilities and how that works within their environment. 2) Use our Netsuite CRM tool for case mgmt 3) Contribute to our knowledge base with best practices, FAQ, and common problem “work arounds” 4) Contribute to a monthly newsletter that would go to our customer base communicating the following a. Key Product Alerts b. Key Best Practices c. Any New Sample models
