Требуется Managing Director/CEO Russia for international supplier of building material in Moscow / Генеральный директор для международного поставщика строительных материалов в Москве.
Функции: For its expanding Russian subsidiary, with several production facilities and a successful business tradition in the country, the company is currently hiring a new Managing Director (m/f) based in Moscow. In a classic mix of the tasks of a “General Director”, involving Sales & Marketing, Representation, Finance and Operations in Russia, this challenging position will be in charge of all management activities in the region.
In detail, this exciting position will comprise:
to run the daily operations of your company and to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of all relevant processes,
to develop and pursue existing and future market opportunities with both a sense for strategic market development and important operative customer requests,
to manage and develop your team towards a high degree of customer orientation and continuous results,
to provide sales, revenue and profitability analyses and forecasts to the executive management,
to maintain close relationships with local authorities and political representatives and to represent the company in relevant occasions,
to design and implement relevant activities in marketing and product development in cooperation with headquarters and production in the country.
Требования: In order to succeed in this exciting position you should have a technical or commercial education with a track record of management, sales, and leadership along different distribution channels ideally in building or construction industry (10 years minimum). Apart from your strong commercial skills you possess excellent communicative competencies. Due to the strategic importance of the Russian market to the group, a high level of previous interactions with both Russia and Germany (possibly also a bicultural background with strong German and Russian language skills) is required for the position.
As a person you are business minded, target driven and ambitious in your sales and management approach with an excellent ability to establish and maintain team and customer relations. You should be well structured, analytical, yet outgoing and pro-active with a positive and service minded attitude.
