Функции: The German multinational company is urgently looking for the high-motivated Sales Director of HQ in Russia. Responsibilities: -Managing sales and coordination of regional sales managers activities; -Wholesale chain development and bulging of retail sales; -Constant regional sales control by direct and indirect buyers; -Goods promotion through retail and wholesale chains; -Estimation of market capacities in: exhibition business, business planning (construction), DIY (retail), design (kitchen studios); -Analytical reports on sales.

Требования: Requirements: -Male local. -University degree; -Minimum 5 years professional experience in different Sales functions in a top performing multinational company, minimum 3 years professional experience in a senior position with responsibility for subordinated employees (maturity level); -Documented evidence of sales achievements; -Additional experiences in other fields (like e.g. Sales or Finance) would be an advantage; -Experience with management by KPI´s; understands major financial records incl. internal cost structures, revenue, balance sheet and collect outstanding debts; -Fluent in English (German would be an advantage); -Ready to travel, mobility.
