The PR and Advertising Manager will be responsible to ensure that brand exposure is optimized through the various media channels online and offline.
Ensure brand messaging is compliant with all legal requirements, accurate and consistent across all offline and online channels
Manage media buying process, ensuring that plans and budget are fully respected and scope any local priority mainly in emerging industrial sectors
Manage PR activities and respond to any press opportunities within the markets under his/her responsibility
Coordinate PR plan execution across the markets, integrating SEO and Social into PR process
Make recommendations on media and channels selection, according to the defined priorities and guidelines
Provide expert advice on communication planning
Monitor and analyse PR coverage and share of voice in the Region
Ensure creative concepts meet the requirements of the briefing docs, shared and included in the campaign plans
Provide expert advice sponsorship for each market
Working with and through other stakeholders, to ensure that all web pages associated with the brand websites are compliant with all applicable legal requirements and are maintained current and a reliable source for prospective and existing customers
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all events, visits and actions, as per yearly action plans within dedicated system.
Daily monitoring of CRM system; manage weekly mailings and requests, create targeted customer lists.
Ensure accurate planning and ordering of all event related materials; compile monthly tracking reports of inventory levels, outstanding orders, and anticipate ordering needs through forecasting.
Degree in marketing, communications, general business required.
5 or more year(s) of relevant experience in a technology organization or brand marketing
MUST be fluent in English (Spoken and Written), with International background.
Excellent organization skills, detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as a team player.
Technical skills / abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint. Excellent in Excel.
