Функции: 1.Develop and execute comprehensive annual territory sales plans and programmes to meet the sales objectives of the organization. 2.Business Growth – aggressive sales growth of Global Ag product brands in the territory through the addition of new channels and customers. 3.Key Account Management (OEMs, distributors and agro chemical companies) - effective key account management in assigned territory to maintain and grow sales of Global Ag product brands, including: •sales calls on existing customers to grow sales revenue, promote products and ensure customer service •development and provision of customer training programs •identification and development of potential key accounts for future territory expansion. •maintaining positive relationships with core management at key customers •key account status reporting •ensuring customers comply with Pentair terms and conditions •in territory support for OEMs who are managed globally •working with the Eastern European Regional Sales Manager to ensure key account management activities in the territory are an integral part of worldwide key account management activities 4.Product Pricing – to input to pricing reviews and to oversee the correct application of pricing and discounts within assigned approval levels in pursuit of sales and profitability targets. 5.Demand forecasting inputs to the SIOP process. 6.New product input and customer feedback to the internal organization, including voice of the customer. Требования: Engineering qualification – degree in mechanical / agricultural engineering or similar Experience of, and skilled in, successfully selling either fluid handling products, including pumps, or agricultural machinery. Able to understand customer engineering requirements relating to the application of Global Ag products. Computer literate – familiar with the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, e.g. SAP, MFG/PRO, for selling purposes. Proficient with use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience of selling in Russia Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written) Self motivation Organisational skills Can do, positive outlook. Ability to travel both nationally and internationally. Full driving licence
