Функции: Navistar, the parent company of International® brand trucks, is looking for a Parts Sales Manager based in St. Petersburg, Russia. This is a key role for Navistar and the ideal person is an experienced Sales Manager that likes to work independently and wants to be part of a global company. The Sales Manager is responsible for executing the Parts organizations" sales plan from a tactical and strategic perspective. Capitalizes on the retail business in assigned dealers" AOR"s to ensure maximum customer interface, market growth, and profitability for International and dealer channel. Provides ongoing sales focus on retention accounts. Identifies and aggressively sells to new customer accounts.

Требования: We are looking for these qualifications and desired skills: • Bachelors" Degree and at least 3 years of direct business to business or retail sales experience; or at least 5 years of business experience within the truck industry • Able to travel up to 50% of the time • Must be bilingual Russian/English • Must live in the assigned territory and be authorized to work in Russia Desired Skills: • Experience with North American trucks • Experience working with truck dealers • Positive Attitude, Ethics and International"s Values which support our company"s values, and a healthy, high performance culture • Sales experience, parts product knowledge, reputation for building strong customer relationships • Team orientation, ability to work effectively with all functional areas
