Функции: POSITION DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: Field Service Engineer POSITION REPORTS TO: Technical Services Manager (Region) / Operations Manager (Local) DEPARTMENT: Technical Services POSITION SUMMARY The Field Service Engineer should be experienced to assist and support Customers off- and on-site. He (or she) has to be highly motivated in taking care of Customers, but strictly in line with Lectra’s Corporate Rules and Guidelines. He (or she) is a self-starter and an organized individual with strong technical and trouble-shooting skills and a thorough knowledge of PC hardware, software and peripherals, who is also familiar with Network, Databases and Internet technologies. This position requires direct customer contact and strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English. Travelling required mainly across Russia. Lectra will provide with a mobile phone, a Laptop and all other necessary tools to execute responsibilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Contact and work closely with customers to resolve technical problems as on-site, so off-site by phone • Trouble-shoot and isolate problems dependent on Lectra proprietary software from those caused by Operating System or other non-Lectra software • Installation and maintenance of Lectra software and hardware (CAM/CAD, i.e. plotter, cutter) • Installation, trouble-shooting and isolating problems with peripherals POSITION QUALIFICATIONS • MS Windows XP, 2000 and 2003 • Knowledge of Networ
