Функции: POSITION DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: Solution Specialist POSITION REPORTS TO: Professional Services Manager (Region) / Operations Manager (Local) DEPARTMENT: Professional Services POSITION SUMMARY The Solution Specialist plays the role of an Evangelist of Lectra Solutions and is the key contributor in presenting and promoting Lectra’s value added offer to customers, prospects and suspects. The Solution Specialist supports the sales teams in selling Lectra’s solutions and services through his active participation in the presales process, demonstrating the particular added value of Lectra’s Solutions as defined by the Business Specialist. He (or she) also collaborates with the team at Consulting and Solution Implementation stages including trainings and support activities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sales Process: PRESALES Upon the Account Manager’s request he/she contributes to presales activities such as: Qualify needs of a customer/prospect/suspect by working closely with an Account Manager who is in charge of the customer/prospect/suspect • Understand the stakes • Understand the objectives of the customer/prospect/suspect • Identify customer/prospect/suspect’s current “as is” situation (organization, business processes) • Identify target “to be” situation (organization, business processes) • Identify resources needed (human, financial…) • Contribute to the report about our understanding what changes are necessary for a customer/prospect/susp
